Our dispatch board is where your back office or dispatcher will spend most of their time. This screen shows us three things: a Gantt view, a map, and a Needs Assignment holding area. The Gantt view shows us a list of all of our employees out in the field, along with their schedule. This can show any time frame including just today, this week, or the next month. We can then see all of the jobs our techs have, along with an estimated duration. The map allows us to see where our techs are as well as their jobs. Finally, our Needs Assignment holding area allows you to see all of the jobs that have yet to be assigned to a field tech. All we have to do is simply drag and drop this onto the Gantt view in order to assign them.
Whether you do your invoices in the back office or out in the field, GoServicePro has you covered. Our online dispatch software allows you to keep track of all the expenses, parts, and labor that take place on the job. Flat rates, discounts, and adjustments can all be made to your invoices and quotes. For field techs that have invoices sent to them, or generate the invoices out in the field on their mobile devices, they are able to collect payment out in the field, even swiping and processing credit cards!
Our mobile application works for all Android and Apple iOS mobile devices. The mobile app is included in all of our packages, and allows your field techs to accomplish any kind of information capture they can imagine. From just logging notes and time stamps, to taking pictures and moving parts, our mobile app is there to make their jobs easier and faster. Our mobile app can also work with customized intelligent PDF forms, and can even work offline!
